YMCA Employment, Training & Settlement Services (ETS) has most recently evolved from being a “Career Development & Learning Centre” in order to further distinguish and categorize our employment, training and settlement services. A successful history of municipal and government partnerships has seen the ETS grow to administer more programs and services to a wide range of participants - young and old, newcomers and employers/educators. More importantly are the trusted connections between all participants that continues to weave our communities together combining education, experience and know-how to encourage personal and economic prosperity.

YMCA Employment, Training & Settlement Services is proud to serve the communities of Hamilton, Burlington, Brantford, and Waterdown. All our programs and services are free and are delivered in collaboration with various levels of government and private funders.
