The YMCA Employment, Training & Settlement Services has further defined the delivery of programming for newcomers and settlement under the secondary brand of Immigrant Settlement Services, or ISS. The YMCA ISS brand originated out of the merger between the YMCA of Hamilton/Burlington and the YMCA of Brantford.
