Newcomers to Brantford are FREE to participate in any ISS activities, provided they meet any of the following criteria:

• You are a Permanent Resident
• You are classified as a Convention Refugee
• You are a Refugee Claimant approved to apply for permanent residence
• You are a New Canadian Citizen
